Sierra Business Council

All entities need a sound financial plan to achieve success. All members of the entity need to have an understanding and appreciation of the plan. Constant monitoring and feedback is critical to maximizing adaptive management that optimizes success.

The Sierra Business Council is a 20 year old non-profit that provides services throughout the Sierra Nevada Range. Its mission is to improve environmental, economic and social health throughout the Sierra. Robert has been a financial consultant to the organization since 2009. His duties include analyzing monthly financial data, communicating recommendations to the staff and the Board of Directors and assisting in annual budgeting.
